Returns & Refund Policy


Because each piece is made to order, we encourage you to carefully review sizing and product details before placing your order.



Damaged or Defective Items


If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


To process your claim, we require clear photos of:

    •    The damaged or defective item

    •    The packaging it arrived in


Once reviewed and confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.



Change of Mind Returns


We understand that preferences can change. Because all items are made to order, we offer store credit only for eligible change of mind returns.


To qualify:

    •    Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

    •    Items must be unused and in original packaging

    •    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

    •    3 Piece Canvas sets must be returned in full (all panels included)


Once the returned item has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the product purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable).


Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.



Size Selection


All products are made to order.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns due to incorrect size selection.


We strongly recommend measuring your space prior to ordering to ensure the selected size fits your intended area.



Final Sale Items


Discounted, clearance, and open-box items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
